Rio 2016: Will Brazil be Ready?

In October of 2009, Rio de Janeiro was chosen to be the host of the 2016 Olympics, and preparations for the massive sporting event began in the South American country. Some Brazilians question whether the city is ready for the strain of such large events and claim the money pouring in is poorly administered.
