“Working with Pat for the past two decades has truly enhanced my depth of understanding and the criticality of technical surveillance countermeasures and the value Pat brings to protective operations. I am excited to have him join our team and mentor professionals as we expand our protective operations to include this often-overlooked aspect of risk management,” said Chuck Tobin President and CEO of AT-RISK.
