(AT-RISK), a global leader in proactive threat analysis, intelligence, protection, investigations, consulting, and security training services, today announced that it has been acquired by Protos Security (Protos). The transaction closed on April 9, 2026.
This strategic partnership brings together two highly complementary organizations, enhancing service capabilities, expanding global reach, and strengthening the ability to deliver comprehensive, intelligence-led security solutions to clients worldwide.
